I have not seen anything this unflinchingly good in a long time. The actors are amazing, each and every one of them, and the filmmaking is so confident I am questioning every little thing I’ve learnt about telling a visual story.
I’m going to start with a warning: This Is Not For The Faint Of Heart. Or the easily offended.
This short film which also serves as a ‘proof of concept’ for a feature film is very well made, graphically violent, and reminiscent of some of cinematic history’s most polarising movies. I am really interested in seeing what writer/director David Tomaszewski will achieve with the feature length version of this idea.
