The Weekly Playlist - Bombay Bicycle Club

Bombay Bicycle Club – Home By Now
This song is best listened to loudly, on speakers in an open air venue. If you can be drinking a refreshing beverage of some kind while the sun goes down that’s even better.

Ben Frost – You Me And The End of Everything
Is it a song? Is it a soundscape? I don’t know, but at 10 minutes long you have plenty of time to decide.

Zac Brown Band – Homegrown
I wasn’t into this song when I first heard it but last week I walked into a restaurant when it was playing and it sounded so so good. I’ve said many many times before that I love the production on all the songs I’ve heard from this band and this song is no exception. It’s clear and full and a pleasure to listen to. I don’t know why I didn’t get on board this song immediately but I’m there now.

Nelly – Just A Dream
Rapper Nelly had a country phase a couple of years ago and I kinda like everything from that time.

Chromeo feat. Ezra Koenig – I Could Be Wrong
I’ve had SBTRKT’s New Dorp, New York, featuring the very cool vocals of Ezra Koenig, stuck in my head. I went looking for more songs featuring him and found this one.
