The Weekly Playlist - Rasmus Seebach

We’ve just returned from a work/holiday trip to Denmark and I thought I’d share some music I heard over the past two weeks.

Rasmus Seebach – Lys I Din Lejlighed
A good pop song transcends language barriers. I don’t speak/understand Danish but I had to know who this was and SoundHound came to the rescue.

Roger and Over – Volvo B-18
A Danish country music song? Yes, please. This one really got the crowd going in the place I heard it, dancing and all. It’s easy to hear why.

Westlife – When You’re Looking Like That
Pure nostalgia. I remember thinking this was the best thing ever – with those guitar stabs, how could it not be? It’s still catchy as all hell.

Page Four – Sommer
This is what a Danish boy band sounds like. That chorus is hard to get out of your head.

Matoma and Becky Hill – False Alarm
This is exactly the kind of song you hear on holiday and can’t get out of your head.
