We were in the elevator on the way to Bonobo to watch British singer/songwriter Luke Sital-Singh for his first performance in Mumbai and a young woman asked if we were going for the gig. When we confirmed we were, she got animated and told us she was coming to see him again, after having watched his show at NH7 Weekender Pune earlier that week. She wasn’t the only one – over the course of the night we saw/met several people who were there to watch him play live again, having seen him once already.

This is Luke’s first trip to India with his music and it’s clear he’s found a solid set of fans. The gig at Bonobo was, according to him, more intimate and laid-back than his usual set. We took some photos, got some video and had a nice evening.
