He plays, “British music with an Indian accent” and Shri was recently in Mumbai for the world premiere of his new musical venture ShriLektric.

Designed as a live gig that could be performed solo–or with collaborators–this marriage of acoustic, electric, electronic and computing was premiered at Bonobo in Mumbai on August 3rd.

Shri was joined onstage by Vivek Rajagopalan and Nandini Srikar during this performance and the energy in the room needed to be experienced to be believed.
